12ème Festival BD de Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot 2026
Founded in 2015, the Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot Festival features about twenty authors signing books, exhibitions, and free events every September. This year’s festival honors Aimée de Jongh with an exhibition, a film screening and discussion of *His Majesty the Fly*, two themed concerts, and a screen-printing workshop.

Planning your stay around local events
There is always something happening around Le Petit Capelier. Issigeac’s famous Sunday market takes over the medieval village every week, while Bergerac, Eymet, Villeréal and Castillonnès host regular markets, brocantes, concerts, exhibitions and festivals throughout the year.
During the summer, look out for marchés gourmands and village fêtes, where long communal tables, local food, Bergerac wines and live music make for wonderfully relaxed evenings. The vineyards around Monbazillac and Bergerac also host tastings, concerts and special events throughout the season.
