The house combines the character of an old Dordogne property with the things that make a holiday easy.
There are three bedrooms for up to six guests, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washer/dryer and plenty of outdoor space.
Outside, the private 12m × 5m swimming pool sits within the gardens, with terraces for long lunches, quiet mornings and evenings outdoors.
The pool is open from 16 May to 30 September.

Issigeac is around 9 km away, close enough to pop into the village for its famous Sunday market, lunch or an evening event, while the house itself remains surrounded by peaceful countryside.

Le Petit Capelier is also well placed for Eymet, Bergerac, Monbazillac, Castillonnès and Villeréal, making it easy to explore somewhere different each day without spending your holiday in the car.

A quieter way to experience the Dordogne
Le Petit Capelier isn’t in the middle of a resort.
That’s rather the point.
You can spend the morning among the bustle of Issigeac market, have lunch in a bastide square or explore Bergerac, then return to the countryside for an afternoon beside your own pool.
For us, that’s one of the pleasures of this part of France: there is plenty to discover, but you don’t have to spend every day sightseeing.
