Over the past year we’ve refreshed parts of the cottage that had become a little tired, improved the kitchen, upgraded furnishings and equipment, enhanced the outdoor spaces, and worked hard to ensure the property is presented to the highest possible standard before every arrival. Like many owners of rural French properties, we’ve also learned that finding reliable local support can be challenging, so we’re especially grateful to everyone who has helped us along the way.

What makes their feedback even more meaningful is that an unexpected power cut affected the village towards the end of their stay. The outage was caused by an area-wide fault on the local electricity network and was completely outside our control, yet they still recognised the quality of their holiday and the care we put into looking after our guests.
